Sprawling yet gloomy and mysterious cityscapes fusing today's capitalist metropolis with imaginated achitecture of ages past; a world where 2D and 3D space become one and where color and monochromaticity play off each other. The paintings of Anders Moseholm create a haunting universe which you can experience at Bredgade 75 until April 25, 2025.

Experience the fusion of art and music on April 10 at 16.00-18.00 when Anders Moseholm and Galleri Christoffer Egelund invite you to a musical art talk! Together with actor and musician Nis Pedersen, Anders Moseholm will perform songs created during their 39-year friendship, expressing the same feeling of a fragile, disjointed beauty which inspired the paintings of the exhibition Shadow Works. Anders will talk about the thoughts behind his art, and at the end you will be able to ask any question you like.

Anders Moseholm creates vast and mysterious cityscapes showing the energy of the modern metropolis, blending past and present, rational and irrational space. He has exhibited in numerous museums and galleries in Europe and the USA, and his art can be found in prominent public and private collections. Shadow Works is his first solo exhibition in a Danish gallery in 10 years.

Actor and musician Nis Pedersen has acted in and composed music for a plethora of musical productions since 1994, including Shu-bi-dua – The Musical at Tivolis Koncertsal, Another Brick in the Wall, Part 5 at Østre Gasværk Teater and he is the author of theater concerts Hr Nedersen and Dagen Brænder Klart, which were performed at Østre Gasværk Teater and Københavns Musikteater, respectively.

Bold, graphical lines and rich painterly textures await you when the art of Joaquin Valdez (PE/US) and Lolita Pelegrime (LT/DK) fill the main gallery and project room, respectively! Joaquin Valdez depicts luxurious, colorful interiors using his signature graphical style reminiscent of Pop art, while Lolita Pelegrime captures women in moments of mindfullness and introspection using lush and intricate thick brush strokes.
