Galleri Christoffer Egelund is proud to present Lucky Escape by Crystel Ceresa. The Swiss artist has already exhibited at Galleri Christoffer Egelund and around the world, always focusing on the ethereal, which she emphasizes thanks to the use of the airbrush.

CURRENT EXHIBITION PROJECTROOM: TECHNICOLOR BY MAZJA HILLESTRØM
 
Galleri Christoffer Egelund is thrilled to announce Technicolor, the latest exhibition by Mazja Hillestrom. The Danish artist uses photography to highlight unusual colors or details that can be found in nature.
 
Her carefully composed photographs can be seen at Bredgade 75 in Copenhagen until October 20th 2023.

Galleri Christoffer Egelund invites you to the second solo exhibition in the gallery: Tilgiv Mig Mine Synder! By Jack Kabangu. The exhibition shows a selection of new paintings, sculpture and works on paper. The exhibition runs from October 27th to November 25th 2023.
 
 
 
 
GHITA NØRBY PORTRAITED BY SØREN HAGEN AT THE ROYAL DANISH THEATRE’S COLLECTION 
 
Søren Hagen’s monumental portrait of actress Ghita Nørby will be displayed permanently at the Royal Danish theatre’s permanent collection.
Hagen is well known for his hyper realistic paintings, and it’s not new to portray famous Danes personalities. In this particular painting, he portraits Ghita Nørby standing tall and proud like a contemporary Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, strategic warfare and craftmanship. 
 
 
 
 
STEINUNN ÞÓRARINSDÓTTIR AT THE NATIONAL NORDIC MUSEUM
 
The Icelandic sculptor Steinunn Þórarinsdóttir is presenting Wayfinder, an installation of 13 life-sized aluminum-cast sculptures, with which the artists tries to tell us the story of the migration from Nordic countries to North America.
The exhibition, hosted by the National Nordic Museum (USA), can be visited until January 24th 2024.
This museum is the only institution of its size and scale in the United States to present the history and culture of the entire Nordic region.
